This is my worst experience with mobile services providers since last 7 years.
" Before disconnecting my outgoing they even did not bother to inform me."
Recently i shifted to Hyderabad and opted for Tata docomo. After using 4 months my outgoing calls are barred for 10 days. Now after talking several time to Customer Care and visiting their outlet i came to know the reason as "Telemarking".
When i ask them in detail they only tell me that they got some complaint from a mobile number from other service. Without verifying the complainant they stopped my outgoing calls.(It might possible that some one intentionally / by mistake complaint against my mobile number ).
Without any verification of that complainant that he is genuine or is he/she (whatever ) really getting such message, my outgoing is abandon.
This is really "BAD" service from TATA docomo.
